Step into a world where art, music, and the soul of Amsterdam come together for an unforgettable night of discovery. Whether you want to dance at our Silent Disco, explore the rich culture of Amsterdam during the pub quiz (organized in collaboration with the Amsterdam Museum), or immerse yourself in live performances, there’s something for everyone.
As Kandinsky once said: “Open your ears to music, open your eyes to painting, and… stop thinking!” This night is all about that—letting go, exploring, and experiencing art in its purest form.

Step into the musical urban oasis in the garden of the H’ART Museum, where members of a Urban DJ Team—DJ Joep, Hertog Joris, Oscar Feelts, and Johnny Macintosh—challenge each other in an epic DJ battle! Throughout the evening, switch between different channels and choose from a diverse range of music genres, from house and hip-hop to funk, disco, and boogaloo.

Starting at 20:00 a musical program kicks off with a live performance by the band Westheaven. This band blends an immersive sound of Neo-soul, RnB, House, and Afrobeats. Their music is full of flavourful grooves and uplifting vibes.
At 21:00, we have the first DJ set by Egbert-Jan Weeber. This versatile actor has been performing regularly as a DJ since he was sixteen. He has played at Mysteryland and ADE, and also hosted the radio show Spam on 3FM. On this night, he will take us from the Cumbia of Colombia to the Gypsy classics of the Balkans.
At 23:00, DJ Lele will take the party on a musical journey through the rich cultural heritage of his homeland, Curaçao. Immerse yourself in the passion and irresistible rhythms of the Caribbean, and let the beats carry you through the night until the early hours.

Pub Quiz Marathon & Explore “Inside the Box” in a pop-up Amsterdam pub for one night in H’ART Museum Church Hall

Come by the Amsterdam Pavilion to celebrate the city’s 750th anniversary! For one night only, the old church hall at Amstel 51 will transform into a true Amsterdam pub. Join in the biggest pub quiz of the night (only in dutch) and enjoy typical Amsterdam drinks and snacks, like a delicious broodje bal .
Right before the entrance, you’ll find a life-sized diorama where you can explore the storytelling platform Humans of Amsterdam. This project introduces you to the portraits and stories of the people who make up our city, Amsterdam. The evening concludes with an exciting tombola, where you can win wonderful prizes.

Discover the story behind the sustainable benches by Amsterdam-based artist Sandy Bruns. This piece of furniture will be displayed in our garden for several weeks next summer and is being specially showcased in the spotlight for Museum Night ’24.
